"We stayed at Sam's place with my three grown-up sons for a three day break in this lovely part of Ireland. It was perfect — my partner found plenty to keep her occupied whilst I played golf at the fantastic local clubs. We got great fish and chips in the village, had a fantastic time in the local pub with live music, and cooked the most incredible oysters we bought from a fishmonger in Waterford.
